Individual or Group Meditation Sessions

Meditation is a wonderful way to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind and ground the body.  Mindfulness, awareness and relaxation techniques are used to guide the mind and connect to the inner peace within.  During your session, you will be guided into a deep relaxing state and will also learn techniques to apply at home to develop your personal practice. Guided imagery and positive affirmations may also be used to help reprogram the mind and emotions to align with your natural state of peace, joy and abundance.
